Our most recent foster girl, Waffle Fry—now lovingly named Cheyenne!—has officially found her forever home! While Cheyenne has settled in wonderfully with her new adoptive mom, she still has a couple of scheduled surgeries to complete. She made it through her first procedure and initial recovery. She is back home with her mom now, and once her second surgery is scheduled, she will be coming back to stay with us so we can handle her initial post-op recovery care. Because we are keeping our home and schedule open to support Cheyenne and her mom through her surgeries and recovery periods, we won't be taking in a new foster of our own for a little while.
